Indirock located in the Victoria Shopping Centre in Southend, started as a 7,000 square foot bare concrete shell when EDC were appointed by Southend City Council to complete the landlord's refurbishment of the property. We completed a full refurbishment including service works, which then led to appointment by Indirock to complete a full fit out of a climbing wall centre including a cafe and changing rooms.
This full process took 7 months, and Indirock is now a thriving business in Southend On Sea.
